Dana Cruz, wellness and mindfulness instructor, will discuss the science behind using mindfulness strategies to combat stress, then lead us through a meditation and exercises designed to create calm and focus on gratitude in these unprecedented times.
You will leave the session with concrete tools for navigating the stresses and ever-changing demands of our current world.
