Recently named one of the "Top 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 To Watch", Mona has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, insurance defense, and aviation defense. Mona is the first Indian-American promoted to partner at the firm, and she now serves as Co-Chair of the firm's National Diversity Committee. Mona is especially committed to the recruitment, retention and promotion of women and minority lawyers, and she is an active mentor and frequent speaker at law schools and panel discussions focusing on diversity and mentoring of young attorneys. Mona earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 1997.
